These Terms govern your use of the Unrotted app and website, provided by Basso Digital (“we”, “us”). By using Unrotted, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

What Unrotted does

Unrotted helps you use your phone more intentionally by placing a short, earnable action in front of the apps you choose to gate, using Apple’s on-device Screen Time framework. Unrotted is a wellbeing and focus tool — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical or psychological advice.

Using the app responsibly

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Unrotted.
  • Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
  • You’re responsible for the app selections and settings you configure on your device.

Subscriptions & billing

Unrotted Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). The following applies:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms. Refunds are handled by Apple under those terms.

Your content & data

Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy. In short: the apps you gate stay on your device, and we store only anonymous progress data to sync your stats.

Disclaimers

Unrotted is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee any specific outcome, and gating depends on Apple’s Screen Time framework working as intended on your device and OS version.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basso Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Unrotted.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
